Value of education: A mirror in front of blind

In general perception, educated person is likely to spread his/her knowledge skills to others for preservation of educational culture. But evidently its deviation is found from its primary objective as in some cases their wisdom is not shared with others on account of their unwillingness, superiority complex, egoism, discrimination, overlooking attitude, and so on. Thus, consequence of educational value on application direction is dark. Therefore, it is a big question, who will be responsible for social change and reformation by using right education and continuing its values from generation to generation? The facts lined with this philosophy from ancient period to present days are: (i) Ayurvedic experts and saints in India had used many plants for medicinal use; but today, present generation do not know the detail information, its exploration, discovery and progress due to lack of root sources. (ii) The great teacher Dronacharya wanted his wish to be fulfilled by suppressing Eklavya with discriminating attitude though he knew that he was better in archery than Arjuna. (iii) Some teachers deliver the lesson neither using their insights nor considering the level of students’ understanding rather, criticising and demotivating. (iv) The author of this article and his friend are victims of being deprived of technical skills from father, concrete foundation of early-age learning from home tutor, healthy family life clues from close relatives. These observations and experiences reflect that the value of our education is meaningless and useless. It is just like a mirror in front of blind.
