Performance in an organisation can include individual as well as the organisational performance. Performancemanagement systems in an organisation can either make or mar performance effectiveness. The efforts made through the paper will certainly facilitate individual employees as well as organisations in managing their performance meaningfully and making the organisational image shine in the eyes of the stakeholders.
