Fostering Innovation and Entrepreneurial Skills: An Exploration of Literature on Socio–economic Conditions among Tribal Youth in Keonjhar and Mayurbhanj District of Odisha

This paper tries to explore the evolving scenario of tribal youth entrepreneurship, fostering innovation and entrepreneurial skills, and proposes scenarios relating to issues and challenges that help entrepreneurship among tribal youths in many ways. The articles published in reputed journals with the best indexing and good impact factors are included for the literature review. Mainly, the paper includes Springer, Emerald, and Google Scholar index factors and is scrutinized according to the author’s perspective. The important articles are sorted from the bunch and considered in the study. The results show that all the limitations are reasons for not attaining what is planned for the tribal youth who wish to become entrepreneurs, and the schemes launched for this should be transparently carried out to achieve the outcomes. Somehow, the development is not so visible due to a lack of innovation and the betterment of entrepreneurial skills. The papers considered in prime importance number 44, and those are critically reviewed, focusing on the key areas, i.e., tribal entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial skills, and innovation. The measuring and analysis are based on the finalized articles, and those indicate the research options available on the topic included for the study.
