This study investigates how entrepreneurship and rural tourism may work together to strengthen rural economies and promote sustainable development. The goal of this research is to find out how rural tourism entrepreneurship may boost employment, economic growth, and environmental and cultural sustainability. Inspired by rural communities’ struggles with underutilized resources, migration, and economic stagnation, the study seeks to understand how tourism entrepreneurship might leverage local resources to address these problems. The study used a mixed-methods approach, integrating quantitative data on economic impacts, job creation, and community well-being with qualitative case studies from rural tourism programs. The study focuses on rural tourism endeavors that create distinctive, marketable tourism goods by fusing regional customs, natural resources, and cultural heritage. According to the primary findings, a successful rural tourist business can promote community involvement, preserve cultural heritage, and provide jobs, local income, and infrastructure. Nonetheless, obstacles like restricted financial availability, marketing hurdles, and infrastructure deficiencies were noted as major challenges. Digital marketing technologies, government assistance, and capacity training are among methods for overcoming these obstacles. According to the research’s findings, entrepreneurship in rural tourism has the potential to be a potent instrument for sustainable development-so long as it is backed by suitable regulations, educational initiatives, and cooperation among regional stakeholders. This study highlights how rural tourism can transform economies and communities by encouraging creativity, sustainability, and local ownership. It also provides a model for sustainable rural development initiatives around the world.
