There has been a shift from urban tourism towards rural tourism, creating a beautiful blend of business, creativity, and culture. This can act as an effective outfit in preserving traditional art and craft, which helps in economic growth as well as the preservation of cultural pride. This paper aims to explore how rural tourism can help in promoting traditional art and crafts. The study consists of a qualitative analysis of case studies from communities where tourism supports craft preservation. By analyzing, we found that there has been an economic benefit to artisans, which helps in creating jobs as well as benefiting the development of the local economy.
