Multiple sequence alignment is an Emerging Problem in the Sphere of computational biology. It plays an outstanding role in computing for finding the similarity and highly conserved subsequences among DNA sets. Many recent proposed Work for multiple sequence alignment sited the models based on Exact, approximation, probabilistic & heuristic methods. Selecting the appropriate DNA Sequencing model is an important consideration while designing efficient algorithms. This paper, reviews some models and its significances with reference to different scenarios.
