This paper focusses on the better clarity of Corporate Social Responsibility from the industry's point of view as day-by-day the continuous interaction between the company and its expanded stakeholders (both direct and indirect) are increasing. It redefines the role of CSR by making a comparative study between the theories given by Milton Friedman and Patrick Primeaux considering the ethical domain.
