Abstract

Internet can be used extensively and in various ways to enhance the library and information services. The paper discusses the role of internet in adding value to the library services Web book stores, Web based library catalogues, Use of e-mail - all can help improving the services. It also demonstrates with examples, the utility of internet in anymenting library and information services.
