The scope of this study is in two folds. First is to make a descriptive account of need for Archival Institution and function of Archives. Secondly, the study extended to assess the user attitudes, their behavior towards the library services, their interaction with library stafff and the problems identified by them. Besides suggestions offered f r improvement of the library services and thereby reports user opinion of the same.
