The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as conducting business in ways that provide social, environmental and economic benefits for the communities and geographies where we operate. CSR should bolster a corporate status and contribute lasting value to its shareholders as well as to society at large. Corporate Responsibility is about how companies conduct their business in a way that is ethical. This means taking account of their impact socially, environmentally, economically and in terms of human rights. The present paper focused on the percent position and corporate participation in corporate social responsibility and also aims the key challenges on implementation of corporate social responsibility of Indian corporate and its importance of present context of the society.
