Mediating role of personal accomplishment among emotional labour strategies and teaching satisfaction among professional college teachers

Emotional Labor (EL) is an important area among researchers during the past few decades. Teachers are important linchpin in achieving the educational objectives. The main objective of the research is to examine the mediating role of personal accomplishment between emotional labour strategies and teaching satisfaction. Primary data collected through questionnaires is analyzed using Structural equation modeling. The result indicated that personal accomplishment does mediate the relationship between strategies of emotional labor and teaching satisfaction.
