This research aimed to on the state and guidelines for the administration of the Phrapariyati Dhamma School General education department in the 21st century, to develop and try out the administration model of the Phrapariyati Dhamma School General education department in the 21st century, and to assess the effectiveness of the administration model of the Phrapariyati Dhamma School General education department in the 21st century. The study consisted 3 phases. Phase 1 was study the state and guidelines for the administration of the Phrapariyati Dhamma School General education department in the 21st century. The population was the administrators and assistant administrators of all 4 schools of the Phrapariyati Dhamma School. General Education Group 9 (34 schools in 4 provinces), 170 persons). The sample consisted of 4 administrators and assistant administrators of the Phrapariyati Dhamma schools. The Department of General Education, Group 9, determined the sample size by using the Krejcie & Morgan table and Stratified Random Sampling of 118 people (divided into 30 school administrators and 88 school administrators).
