Abstract

This research aimed to on the state and guideline for academic administration of schools for teach early childhood trilingual languages, to study the concepts/methods of academic administration of schools teach trilingual languages childhood, to develop an academic administration model of a school that teaches trilingual languages an early childhood level, to experiment and evaluate the academic administration model of the school for teaches trilingual languages the early childhood level. The study consisted 3 phases. Phase 1 was study/analyze the conditions and guidelines for academic administration of schools that teach three languages an early childhood. Phase 2 the development of academic administration model of schools for teach early languages. Phase 3 the experiment and evaluation of the academic administration model of the trilingual language schools early childhood level.

Population used in the research were teachers of Thai, English, Chinese language subjects and involved in the administration of the trilingual languages under Office of the Private Education Commission: (OPEC). Sample group used in the research Teachers of Thai, English, Chinese language courses and involved in the administration of schools that teach three languages under Office of the Private Education Commission (OPEC), academic year 2018, the number of samples was obtained from the finished tables of (Krejcie; & Morgan. 1970) as a tool for determining the sample size and stratified random sampling method.
