Challenges and opportunities of higher education in the field of management science

Indian education system is of a very rich ancient lineage. It has a socio-cultural ethos since ancient times. The Britishers, with an intention to conquer India, deliberately molded the entire Ancient Indian Education System. This research article aims at highlighting the glimpses of this rich Indian Education tradition. The another object of this research article is to compare the contents of the new education policy with those of Ancient Indian Education Traditions and pin point the Challenges & Opportunities for Higher Education of this 21st Century particularly in the field of Management Science.

The methodology adopted by the researcher for this research article is taking a literature review of the scholarly articles published in the various books, magazines, research journals, e-journals and e-content material.
