This research aimed to study the current state of guidance and counseling of private educational institutions secondary school in the Eastern Economic Corridor in Chonburi province, to develop guidance and counseling services for private school administrators in lower secondary education levels in the Eastern Economic Corridor in Chonburi province, and to experiment and evaluate the guidance and counseling services of private secondary institutions was developed in the Eastern Economic Corridor in Chonburi province. The study consisted 3 phases. Phase 1 was study the current state guidance and counseling services of private secondary schools in the Eastern Economic Corridor in Chonburi province. Phase 2 to develop a model for guidance and counseling services for the new private school administrators at the secondary levels in the Eastern Economic Corridor in Chonburi province and Phase 3 experimenting and evaluating the new guidance and counseling service model for private school administrators in secondary school in the Eastern Economic Corridor in Chonburi province.
The sample in the research of the guidance and counseling management model for private education administrators by answering the questionnaires were educational administrators, supervisors, experts, experts. private secondary school level in the Eastern Economic Corridor in Chonburi province, amount 53 persons (rounded to the whole number represent all schools) by specifying the sample sizes according to the table of (Krejcie & Morgan. 1970: 607–610) with 95 percent confidence and then using multi-step sampling divided by school size (small, medium, large) and simple random sampling by creating a manual to supervise to send educational administrators, supervisors, experts, educational personnel under Office of the Private Education Commission: OPEC).
