Abstract

Today the world is getting closer as technology binds it together. However along with technological advancement, the problems that hamper us to a better productivity and efficiency workforce also get bigger by the day. The question arises; are we getting ourselves ready for the change? Can this be really termed as advancement technological or are we leaving behind our skills that actually help us to use technology only as a medium to achieve better productivities at workplace. Production houses today are in a dire need not only for good and efficient workforce, but for people ready to take ownership. With this comes in a term "intrepreneur", someone who would bring innovation in already existing organizations. However this could be possible if an employee is best ready to take on the challenges, being well equipped with current industrial needs and better industrial exposure.
