A model on leadership development with technology of cadets of the royal police cadet academy for thailand 4.0 policy

The objective of this research is to study the leadership conditions in the application of technology in accordance with the Thailand 4.0 strategy of the police cadets, to create a model for the development of technology application leadership of the police cadets and to evaluate the suitability and feasibility of applying the model of leadership development in the application of technology by the police cadets. The study consisted 3 phases. Phase 1 was study the leadership status of the police cadets. Phase 2 to crate and examine the model on leadership development with technology of cadets of the Royal police Cadet academy for Thailand 4.0 policy, Phase 3 to evaluate the suitability and feasibility of implementing the development model on leadership development with technology of cadets of the royal police cadet academy for Thailand 4.0 policy. The samples of this study were royal police cadet academy fourth-year 292 people. Sample was fourth year royal police cadet academy, classroom 1, 68 people.
