The study attempted to explain the impact of Behavioual Constructs on Entrepreneurial Intentions. Behavioural Constructs viz. attitude towardsbehaviour, perceived behavioural control, subjective norms, closer valuation, general social valuation, entrepreneurial capability and professional attraction were used to study the impact and entrepreneurial intention being dependent variable. A structured questionnaire adopted from Linan & Chen (2009) was administered to 112 final year undergraduate and postgraduate students of Business Administration. The questionnaire consisted of 38 of items with point anchors ranging from 1 as Total Disagreement to 5 as Total Agreement. Further impact of demographic variables like gender, level of program and family occupation was also tested. The study particularly used correlation, t-test and Anova statistical tools to analyze the data set. The results conveyed significant positive correlation between the behavioural constructs and Entrepreneurial Intention. However, attitude towards behaivour, perceived behavioural control and professional attraction scored reasonable positive correlation with entrepreneurial intention, whereas, social norm, closer valuation and general social valuation scored weak correlation with entrepreneurial intention.
