Abstract

Organizational justice can play an important role in the development and improvement of organizational citizenship behavior. The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior among employees of the Department of Education South Khorasan. Population of this research will comprise all employees of the General Directorate Education in South Khorasan, of these, 200 were randomly selected as sample size. This research in terms of objective was practical, in terms of method data collection was descriptive and correlational. Data were collected through organs organizational citizenship behavior questionnaires and Nyhuf and Moorman organizational justice questionnaire. To analyze the data, according to the research hypotheses and the coefficient of correlation and simple regression was used. The results are as follows: There is a significant relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior and also variable organizational justice predicts all components of organizational citizenship behavior.
