Organizations with a strategic approach to human resources as an asset and an invaluable asset considering the compensation to improve the quality of work life and job satisfaction is concerned. Efforts to improve labor productivity and optimal use of one of the organizations was vital. Salary appropriate to the behavior, motivation and job satisfaction and mental health affect people and eventually will improve employee productivity. The present study aims to "examine the relationship between quality and productivity of labor compensation system" from the perspective of different levels of staff State Tax Administration of Sistan-Baluchistan province has been made. Applied research and the descriptive - survey and correlation. The study of 270 employees of the State Tax Administration are in Sistan and Baluchestan. The data were analyzed using Spearman correlation. The results indicate that, between the direct financial compensation, compensation excise, compensation (non-financial) in relation to employment and compensation (non-financial) associated with the job environment there is a significant connection, Thus, primary and secondary research hypotheses were accepted with a margin of error of less than 5%. The recommendations of the independent and dependent variables is presented.
