Islamic Philosophy Versus Arabic Philosophy

Islamic philosophy with peculiar bases and foundations considered to be an independent intellectual school among all other philosophical schools in all over the world. But the ignorance and lack of sufficient awareness from Islamic philosophy on one hand and the enmity against Islam on the other hand caused some intellectual schools to cross the feature of ‘Islamic’ from the Islamic philosophy and lay ‘Arabic’ in its position. For this reason, many conferences have been observed at some universities around the world in which Arabic philosophy has been mentioned instead of Islamic philosophy. Islamic philosophy, however, have been written in Arabic language and have been emanated from Greek philosophy, neither is Arabic nor is considered to be Greek. For, most of the Islamic philosophers are from non Arabic thinkers who, with all their intelligence and sagacity, had firmed the foundations of Islamic philosophy and had developed the issues of it as well, and in this course had gave the world of knowledge a great service.
