Abstract

During changeable life of human in the history, equality has been one main apprehensions of human & women and men have been two main elements of creation who were in the center of explaining. This article's goal is to survey the equality women & men in retaliation and mulct law from the Imamieh Jurisprudence’ view. In hypothesis of the author, he believes that existed rules of Imamieh Jurisprudence that apparently is related to differences between women & men in retaliation and mulct law, it has been accepted naturally and there is no distinction between them and it must be looked on the basis of wisdom principle.
