Regarding this point that the social and economic development wheels is one of the students’ responsibility in the close future; therefore, special attention should be allocated to them and their problems, and the writer; specifically with considering this issue, has chosen the parents’ cultural base and its effect on the children's’ educational progress. This study was conducted to show the independent, changeable effect of parents’ cultural level on the children's educational progress (dependent variable).
This study was conducted on a population of 120 subjects (of elementary teachers) who were selected randomly. Finally, it was concluded that:
There is a meaningful relationship between parents’ cultural level at children's educational progress.
There is a meaningful relationshipbetween parents’ educational level and children's educational progress.
There is a meaningful relationship between students’ living environment and politeness, respect at school.
There is a meaningful relationship between the manners of each member of family with each other considering cultural issues and children's educational progress.
Students who have parents with high level of culture, they have few behavior problems.
Students who have parents with high level of education, they have few problems.
