In all organizations, the man is one of the most important factors in achieving the goals of the organization. In order to achieve increased efficiency and greater productivity of this factor we must know motivating factors and then try to satisfy these needs in order to increase the efficiency. While all experts in management believe that motivation is a complex process and therefore has multi-dimensional nature. Therefore it,s understanding and applying requires awareness of knowledge and art of using it. Hence, the aim of this study is to identify influencing motivation factors among employees of Islamic Azad University of Tehran South Branch. Statistical sample of this study is 124 persons. A questionnaire was developed to measure the variables and its overall reliability was estimated 0.87. Data analysis tools are SPSS 22 and AMOS 16. Research findings suggest that the following factors are affecting the employees of respective statistical society: being a qualified manager, improve pay and benefits, job security, loyalty to employees by supervisors, appropriate working conditions, contribute to the goals, which include stimulation parameters.
