Abstract

Nowadays, one of the important and effective fields with regard to human resources is the issue of motives and how to stimulate them in employees and finally employee satisfaction. The present study aimed to explore the effective factors on employee motivation and satisfaction. It is applicable from objective aspect and descriptive-field from methodological aspect. The statistical population included employees of the Disciplinary Force of the Islamic Republic of Iran (NAJA). Stratified sampling method was used in the study where 359 persons were determined via Morgan Table. Three-hundred fifty nine questionnaires were distributed among the statistical population and 304 questionnaires equal to 84% were collected. Researcher self-made questionnaire was employed to collect the required data. Reliability of the questionnaire was determined through Cronbach's alpha and its validity was confirmed using face validity. The collected data was analyzed through one-sample t-test by means of SPSS software. The results disclosed that all ten factors of employee motivation and satisfaction considered in the current study have a desirable importance level and are recognized as suitable factors.
