Gastrointestinal (GI) parasitism was investigated in livestock of Gurez area of Kashmir during year 2014. Coprological examination of 110 samples revealed 70 samples (63.6%) positive for one or other GI helminths including Nematodirus spp. (40%), Trichuris (11.8%), Moniezia (10.9%), Dicrocoelium (2.7%) and paramphistomes (0.9%). Also, Eimerian oocysts were observed in 22.7% samples. Mixed infection was observed in 17.3% samples.
