The present study was carried out in order to study the macrophytic diversity of Hokersar Wetland. The investigation was carried out for a period of one year from December, 2017 to November, 2018 at six different sites of the wetland. During the present study, a total of twenty seven (27) macrophytes species belonging to twenty four (24) families were recorded. The maximum number of species was recorded in the month of July and August and minimum in the month of February. Out of 27 species Typhaceae and Menyanthaceae families have shown the presence of maximum number of species (2) while other families recorded the presence of only 1 species.
