Mulberry saplings of different varieties have indicated varied response to foliar spray of nutrients including calcium and magnesium used in different concentrations under nursery conditions. Morus multicaulis indicated significant improvement in various growth parameters over other varieties and control as well. Fresh weight of leaf among various varieties also indicated significant differences with V1 (Morus multicaulis) registering a value 149.76 g being at par with V3 (Goshoerami) registering a value of 146.41. Fresh weight of shoot and root number in respect of various varieties indicated significant differences with V1 (Morus multicaulis) registering a value of 126.09 g and 27.25 respectively. Root length and fresh weight of root in respect of various varieties also indicated significant differences with V1 (Morus multicaulis) registering a value of 35.79 cm and 10.64 g respectively. The least fresh weight of root was recorded by V4 (Rokokoyaso) registering a value of 7.80g which was however, at par with V3 (Goshoerami) and V2(Tr-10) with values of 7.95 and 8.05g respectively. Root volume in respect of various varieties also indicated significant differences with V1 (Morus multicaulis) registering a value of 32.87cm3. The least root volume was recorded by V3 (Goshoerami) with a value of 23.05 which was however at par with V4 (Rokokoyso) and V2 (Tr-10) with values of 27.50 and 28.03cm3 respectively.
