The present study regarding the organisational climate of the extension functionaries in Development Departments in District Baramulla of Jammu and Kashmir (U.T.)” was carried out in six sub-divisional agriculture offices and 19 horticulture zones purposively. The majority, 68.86 percent of the extension functionaries from both departments had medium organisational climate, followed by (17.67%) high and (13.47%) low organisational climate, respectively. Extension functionaries from the department of agriculture: 66.10 percent had a medium organisational climate, followed by 19.92% that had high and 13.98% that had low organisational climate. Extension functionaries from the department of horticulture: The majority (75.52%) of the horticulture extension functionaries had medium organisational climate, followed by 12.24 per cent had low and (12.24%) had high organisational climate.
