The article provides information about Peking cabbage, names of different varieties and hybrids, biometric, phenolic, biochemical composition and technology of cultivation. The article contains information on the storage of many vitamins, carotene and other biologically active substances in pine caramel. It has been reported that this type of cauliflower has not been developed in the country, but has been developed not only for crops, diseases and pests, resistant to diseases and pests, breeding varieties and hybrids that meet the requirements of the modern market. Each region has a selection of suitable varieties or hybrids, and identifies the best ones in comparison to the previous ones. Because of its high levels of vitamins, amino acids, and other biologically active substances, 80 percent of the total population of vegetable species in the Northern provinces of China is wintered in winter. Therefore, it is necessary to define the most effective ones in comparison with the previous ones, to create suitable varieties or hybrids corresponding to each region. Hence, the Peking cabbagevarieties are not only productive in the second crop, but also different from the quality of yields.
