Non-Hierarchical Euclidean Cluster Analysis in Mungbean

Two hundred and ten accessions of mungbean were evaluated for genetic variability. Principal component and nonhierarchical Euclidean cluster analysis were used to compare accessions. Wide diversity was observed among the germplasm of different attributes. Accessions were grouped into 8 clusters. There is no parallelism between genetic diversity and geographical origin of accessions.
