Abstract

This paper deals with an account of two edible spiders belonging to the genus Nephila (Family: Nephilidae Simon, 1894) from Manipur, India. The two species are N. pilipes Fabricus 1793 and N. clavata L. Koch 1878. These two species are reported for the first time from Manipur.
