Abstract

Cicer arietienum L., commonly known as gram, Bengal gram or chickpea, an important pulse crop is infected by several fungal, bacterial and viral diseases. Among the fungal diseases, fusarial wilt caused by Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.ciceri(Padwick) synd & Hans, is wide spread and also caused serious threat to chickpea cultivation in Saurashtra region of Gujarat state.In field trial, interaction effect of different treatment of chemicals, bioagents and soil amendments in wilt incidence using chickpea cultivar JG-62 tested. Seed treatment with carbendazim and thiram at the time of sowing and caster cake with Trichoderma harzianum one month of after sowing gave minimum (17.75%) disease incidence which is at par with seed treatment with carbendazim and thiram at the time of sowing and with caster cake andTrichoderma viride one month after sowing (18.71%) with maximum yield (1346 kg/ha) which was significantly higher than any other treatment.
