Abstract

Fifteen genotypes plus two check varieties of pigeonpea were screened under field conditions against pod borer, Marucavitrata (Geyer). On the basis of larval polytatic, genotype AL 1743 was found promising with mean of 14.33 larvae/100 flower buds as compared with 28.00 larvae on AL 1811.
