Mixing of spent oyster mushroom substrate in to biogas plant slurry is seems to be one of the most judicious way for the utilization of Spent Mushroom Substrate (SMS). The present paper deals with such a study carried out to evaluate the agronomic efficiency of enriched slurry produced by mixing with SMS and Trichoderma inoculated enriched slurry on mustard crop grown in sandy soil.Plant height, dry weight/plant and grain yield of total plants were studied to evaluate the various treatment. Application of Trichoderma viride inoculated enriched slurry showed significant enhancement in vegetative growth and yield of mustard in pot house and field condition.
