Abstract

A field experiment to study the influence of fertigation of NPK fertilizers on flower parameters in aonla was carried out during 2011 to 2013. The experiment consisted of eight treatments replicated thrice in a randomized block design. The flower parameters viz., total number of flower per branchlet (654.70 and 688.50), fruit set percent (27.00 and 27.50) and fruit retention percent (6.50 and 6.90) were recorded. The study revealed that the fertigation treatments were significantly superior over the control. Among the treatments, drip fertigation of 125% RDF as Water Soluble Fertilizers (WSF) registered the highest values for the flower parameters.
