Chickpea (Cicer arietinum L.) is an important pulse crop growing all over the country in Rabi season. The six different sowing dates (1st October, 8th October, 15th October, 22th October, 29th October and 05th November) The average of disease intensity (20.55) and higher crop yield (11.63 q/ha) which was obtained in 29th October sowing. The crop will be sowing in different depth viz, 0.1, 0.5, 0.75, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.5 and 5.0cm. The seed germination and wilt incidence of chickpea were not appeared at 0.1 to 0.75 cm. the shallow depth sowing of chickpea at 4.5 and 5.0cm deep produced significantly highest wilt incidence. The minimum average incidence. (10.6) was observed in 1.5cm depth of sowing.
