Screening of Different Promising Genotypes of Pigeonpea Against Cydia critica

Abstract

Among fifteen genotypes of pigeonpea tested for their susceptibility to this pest, the variety ICPL-87119 was the least susceptible to C. critica and it was at par with genotypes DT-17, GAUT-9745, BP-1-34 and DT-23. Whereas, genotypes GAUT-2004-09, SKNP-0527, GAUT9317, BP-01-96, QAVT-2002-16, SKNP-0226 and BP-154 registered moderately susceptible. While, genotype GAUT-2003, DT-13 and BDN-2 were found the most susceptible against this pest.
