Experiment was conducted to screen different varieties and advancedlines against powdery mildewdisease of okra caused by Erysiphe cichoracearum. Twenty okra varieties/germplasm lines were screened in non-replicated experiment screened under field conditions under agroclimatic conditions of Maharashtra State. None of the varieties and advanced lines showed resistant reaction. Eight advanced lines were moderately resistant. While twelve variety were moderately susceptible reactions to powdery mildew disease. Moderately resistant varieties/germplasm lines are PBN OK 4, PBN OK 5, PBN OK 6, PBN OK 8, PBN OK 9, AOH 23, Surya and NOH 100 of okra crop.
