The present study was aimed to show the effect of phosphorus solubilising inoculants on CO 47 rice variety under the interactive effect of five different seed treatments and different Plevels. Among the treatments P3S3 (100% P + JumpStart 10E4) recorded higher root length and lower root-shootratio inallstages of the crop. Higher availability of P in soil under P3S3 treatment supported to attain maximum chlorophyll content (2.97 mg/g), photosynthetic rate (39.96 ìmol CO2 m−2 s−1), PS II quantum yield (Fv/Fm ratio) (0.71) at 50% flowering stage compared to other treatments. Efficient root morphology and physio-biochemical parameters under P3S3 treatment attributed for higher yield (8250.2 kg ha−1).
