The study was conducted in Bhandara district of Lakhani, Sakoli and Lakhandur tahsils. The sample constituted 120 paddy farmers drawn from 12 villages. The exploratory design of social research was used the (50.00%) of the farmers faced problem of non availability of plant protection appliances followed by inadequate availability of organic manure (33.33%), respondents faced with constraints like, irregular power supply (91.66%),lack of technical knowledge and skill involved in seed treatment of paddy with thirum (56.83%), lack of technical guidance from extension personnel about the use of chemical for weed control (48.33%), lack of technical knowledge about installation of pheromone traps(61.67%),lack of knowledge about pest and disease resistant varieties(48.33%),lack of knowledge about how to preparer brine solution (57.50%) and lack of knowledge about identification of friendly insect (66.67%). Majority of the respondents faced with problem like (40.00%) financial problem to purches of fungicides and fertilizers, (45.83%) high cost of fertilizers and (37.5%)high cost pesticides and insecticides. Majority of the respondents faced with problem like, non availability of labour at the time transplanting (90.00%) and (83.33%) high wages rate of labour at the time of transplanting.
