Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cumini is a serious disease of cumin (Cuminum cyminum L.). Isolates of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cumini were isolated from major cumin growing districts of Gujarat state, India. The cultural characteristics of 30 isolates of F. oxysporum f. sp. cumini revealed that isolates differed in colony colour, colony type, growth habit, pigmentation and sporulation. The microconidia and macroconidia have 1–3 and 2–5 septa respectively and hyaline. All the isolates showed varied levels of virulence. Six different primers give total of 8 bands with average 1.3 bands per primer. Out of 8 bands/alleles 7 were polymorphic andone was monomorphic band. Primers grouped isolate in to two major groups.
