Abstract

The study was undertaken among Amirgadh block of Banaskantha district, Gujrat. Total 200 subjects were included to study nutritional status and dietary pattern also. Socio economic status was found low and it needs to be uplift. Due to low annual income nutritional intake was also found to be low. Anthropometric measurements specially weight and BMI was found below normal level. Various clinical signs and symptoms were also observed among lactating mother.
