Abstract

Pseudomonas fluorescens and Trichoderma harzianum at 0.8 per cent concentration along with priming agents were tested for their efficacy in the management of seedborne infections of cotton (Bunny-Bt). Among all the treatments, seed treatment with P. fluorescens at 0.8 per cent + Jelly and T. harzianum at 0.8 per cent + Jelly showed least seed infection of 13.30 per cent and 11.74 per cent with maximum per cent germination of 92.30 and 90.65 and vigour index of 2688.43 and 2725.28.
