The research experiment on "Pest population dynamics in Orchid under shade net condition" in March 2012 at Hi-tech Floricultural and Vegetable Project under ICAR scheme of Niche Area of Excellence at College of Agriculture, pune-411005. The experiment was laid in Randomized Block Design with five treatments and four replications. The data revealed that the correlation of snail population with the morning relative humidity (0.48) was found positively non-significant and with the evening relative humidity (0.57*) was observed positively significant whereas it was negatively significant with maximum temperature (−0.61*). The correlation of minimum temperature with snail population was found to be negatively non-significant (−0.36). The data revealed that the correlation of heliothis larvae population with the morning relative humidity (0.42) was found positively non-significant and with the evening relative humidity (0.51*) was observed positively significant whereas it was negatively significant with maximum temperature (−0.56*). The correlation of minimum temperature with heliothis larvas population was found to be negatively non-significant (−0.3).
