The present investigation entitled "Integrated nitrogen management on growth, yield and quality of custard apple (Annonasquamosa Linn.) cv. ‘Local ’under middle Gujarat agro climatic conditions”was conducted at the Horticulture Research Farm, Department of Horticulture, B. A. College of Agriculture, Anand Agricultural University, Anand during kharif-rabi season of the year 2011–12. There are ten treatments comprising organic fertilizers, biofertilizer and two levels of nitrogen doses (100% and 75% N/plant) including control (100% N/plant + FYM 10 kg/plant) were tried in Randomized Block Design with three replications. The result showed that in quality parameters T10 (50% RDN + FYM 10 kg/plant + Vermicompost 10 kg/plant + Castor cake 4 kg/plant + Azotobacter 500 ml/plant) recorded significantly higher TSS (26.80%), ascorbic acid (35.57 mg/100 g pulp), reducing sugar (11.87%), non-reducing sugar(2.05%) and total sugars (13.92%).
