The study was carried out in Anand and Vadodara districts, of Gujarat state to identify the management ability of Banana growers regarding drip irrigation system. A random sample of 120 Banana growers was selected from these districts. The result of the study reveals that that majority of the banana growers had medium management ability of Banana growers regarding drip irrigation system and correlation analysis of independent variables revealed that majority of the variables had positive and highly significant relationship with their profile. Whereas age and size of family had non-significant relationship with their profile.
