Abstract

Ten isolates of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. lycopersici collected from different tomato growing areas of south Gujarat. The molecular characterization study was carried out by using five ISSR primers. Out of five primers primer UBC-873 was showed the highest percentage (90.90%) of polymorphism. The dendogram was showed isolates were grouped in three clusters based on their genetic diversity. Correlation between markers and pathogenesis were also found.
