During planning and execution of development programmes if a facilitator is rightly educated in the sphere of group dynamics and cab apply right strokes at right time a slight drag in personality and aptitude can be seen which can motivate him to work for the group. Good teachers are not magicians they just know what to do and when todo it. These techniques no doubt can accelerate pace in development programmes and can have a sustained effect on socio-economic development of the persons living in villages of India..
