The present investigations were conducted during rabi season 2013–14 under All India Co-ordinated Research Project on Vegetable Crops at Horticultural Instructional cum Research Farm, Department of Horticulture, IGKV, Raipur (C.G.). The experiment was laid out in Randomized Block Design (RBD) with three replications. 20 genotypes of tomato were evaluated of mean performance for growth, yield and quality attributes with twenty five yield contributing characters. The earliest days to first flowering was noted in 2011/TODVAR-3 which was followed by 2011/TODVAR-5. The earliest days to fruit set, maximum number of primary branches per plant was noted in 2011/TODVAR-5. The earliest days to fruit ripening was noted in 2011/TODVAR-3 which was followed by 2011/TODVAR-1. The maximum hundred seed weight was noted in 2012/TODVAR-3 and 2011/TODVAR-5. The maximum fruit weight was recorded in H-86 whereas, the minimum fruit weight was noted in 2012/TODVAR-2. The longest fruit length, pericarp thickness was recorded in 2012/TODVAR-7. The maximum fruit girth was observed in 2013/TODVAR-2. The maximum numbers of locules per fruit was observed in 2012/TODVAR-3. The maximum plant height was observed in 2013/TODVAR-2. The highest number of flowers per cluster was noted in 2013/TODVAR-2. The highest number of fruits per plant was noted in Arka Vikas. The highest total soluble solid, acidity percent was noted in 2013/TODVAR-4. The highest total fruit yield was noted in 2012/TODVAR-1.
